1. From a touch tone telephone, call 1-900-990-9253

2. Wait for the prompt, then enter your phone number, area code first. Example, 3105551212

3. Wait for the prompt , then enter the call back time, follow by the star button for AM of the pound button for PM. Example, for 6:30 AM, enter 630*, for 12:30 PM, enter 1230#

4. Listen to the confirmation message. If all the information is correct, you may hang up at this point or just press any button to go back to step 2 to reenter.

5. You're done!! Your wake up call has been set and our system will call you back at your desired time to wake up. If there's no answer for the first call, we'll automatically call you again 10 minutes later.

6. Our system will stop calling your number if there's no answer for the 2nd call.
