Can I change my User ID?
You can't change your username from our web
site. Contact us with your current username, password and new username in
order to change.
How do I update my phone number?
You need to log on to our system in order to change
your phone number. Click on the my profile button and enter your new phone
number and then click update button. If everything is correct, your account
will be updated immediately.
What if I submitted the registration but didn't get a confirmation email?
The confirmation email will be sent to your
email address you filled on the registration page in few minutes. Make sure
you enter the correct email address. Contact us if you have any further
question.
What if I forget my User ID?
You can go here
and enter your email address, we'll send your User ID through email.
What if I forget my Password?
You can go here
and enter your email address, we'll send your User ID through email.
What if I forget which email I used?
You can check it on the my profile page. If you
forgot your username and password to log in, please contact us for help.
Can I get a refund if I didn't receive my calls?
Contact us if you didn't receive your call(s).
We'll investigate and credit back to your account.
Can I get a refund for the unused wake up calls left in my account when I terminate my account?
Sorry, the call(s) left in your account is not
refundable.
How much is a wake up call cost?
You can add as many calls to your account as
you like. Currently, 5 for $4.95, 10 for $8.95 and 20 for $15.95.
The wake up call left is not correct?
Please contact us to make correction to your
account.
How do I add more calls to my account?
You can click on the number of calls on the my
profile page. Click here
to add more. Note: you need to log on into our system first.
Can I make a wake up call outside the U.S.?
Sorry. This wake up service is only limited to
U.S. phone numbers.
Can anybody set up a free call to any number?
Yes. Anybody are eligible to get one free trial
on our service online.
Is there a discount for frequent user?
There's a discount price if you add 10 or 20 calls to
your account.
Do I have to pay monthly charge?
No. You'll have to add the number of calls you
want into your account in order to set a wake up call.
